The second floor includes two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a full bed, each equipped with its own mini-split system. A full bathroom serves this level. The primary king bedroom also enjoys access to a small private balcony.

Outside, the main house boasts a lovely backyard with a pergola, an outdoor shower, and a small court suitable for basketball or casual pickleball.

The charming guest house provides flexible accommodations and added privacy, ideal for extended family or guests.
