Old Farms Trail, also known as Vincent Farms Trail, is a historic neighborhood adjacent to the Edgartown Great Pond. The Vincent House, built in 1672, was relocated from this farm to the Historic Preservation Society off Main Street in Edgartown. The property abuts over 100 acres of Land Bank, Nature Conservancy, and other preserved property.
