Giving Back

In 2019, Wallace & Co. Sotheby's International Realty established a fund to give back to our Island community. This collaboration with the Martha's Vineyard Community Foundation provides support for housing needs on the Island. Every year, a portion of all property sales is donated to the Wallace & Co. Sotheby's International Realty Community Housing Fund. Grants from this fund are used to support affordable housing projects and other needed housing services on Martha's Vineyard.

Wallace & Co. Sotheby's International Realty is proud to donate a portion of the proceeds from every real estate transaction we handle to our Community Housing Fund that was established in partnership with the Martha's Vineyard Community Foundation. This year we donated over $30,000 to Harbor Homes of Martha's Vineyard, Island Elderly Housing and the Rental Relief Fund.
