Agent Spotlight Molly Valle

Molly began her real estate career in 2018 as a rental agent with Wallace & Co Sotheby’s International Realty. She recently moved into the position of rental manager where she is known for her honest and genuine approach and her dedication to her clients. Her experience and knowledge of past, current and future market trends for rental properties is invaluable.

Molly has been immersed in the world of real estate and property development from a young age, with her family owning a construction company on Cape Cod. A career in real estate seemed like a natural course -- which is why Molly, never one to give in to what is expected, spent a decade working in clinical research at Boston Children’s Hospital while completing a master’s degree in Genetic Counseling. It is this cross pollination of skills and unique combination of expertise that has made her successful as a rental agent – the ability to connect and build relationships, cultivating trust and navigating clients through the rental process.

When not working in real estate, Molly likes to spend time out on the boat with her fiancé, Tom, and their lab, Marty.
